He walks the earth searching for love. He found that once a upon a time. Yet, never treated it like it was from above. So divine and now she remains far. All he has is a broken heart and never ending scars. By far, the failed relationships and the long lonely fights tar his memory and taunt his soul. She isn't around for him to hold, lay back in her arms on the one he loves. All that remains is the dust and disaster. He made his mistakes. He walks to a lake to ease his soul. His demons along with him grow cold. He hardens his heart so he can never have other fresh start. He carts her name on his lips every morning and while he lays his head to rest. She is at best gone for good of all the women he held on to her dear. As the sun sets upon the lake he feels the tears roll down his face. Was it right to let her walk away, was he right when he said he no longer felt the same. Regret fills him and he has himself to blame. The taste of her lips remains on his tongue. No matter how strong the glass of whiskey and rum. She owns his heart and soul and makes him think how special it would have been with her the way they grew old. Sometimes you have to hang on the one you love, coz you need her all your life to hold.
