Perfectly wrong

Her presence made me feel like the sun never gave up on moving away my dark clouds. She kept away the pain and the hurt by not letting them mount. Her kisses were what kept me going. Her tears kept growing. All the fights were never worth the pain. She always said my name, while she sat down to pray. A lifetime of wrong choices I made in everyway. All my breathtaking was admired by her beauty. It was my duty to love her the most. Now like a ghost she wanders in my thoughts. I listen to the heart break and remember her heart beat which put me at ease. She was always so defiant and hard to please. Her arms around me gave me peace. The touch of her skin on mine was a tease. Love is brutal and never kind. Love is definitely stupid and blind. Or is it just me with all my ego and pride. I keep my heart locked inside. I'm apologetic for all the pain I caused. All the tears I made her cry, she and I were inseparable like Bonnie and Clyde. I hide in my solice and break inside. I'm happy is a lie I decieve the world with and try to hide. After all these years I realised what wasn't right, we tried to stay together and carry on the good fight. She has forgotten about my presence and her happiness exists in these songs for all to see. While I now realise you were perfectly wrong for me.
