The emotions of the heart is so easy misunderstood. Even if a relationship for long it stood strong. Gone are the attachments we once had. Sour are the memories that so often linger. Ypu can't place your finger on what went wrong. You wish you could change your past and the other person you once were. Fear grips you as you watch her walk away. You wish for a start and a new day. The tears she cried you managed to catch. Her name on your lips always remained latched. The fact of life is you let her slip away. She runs through your mind every single day. She cannot think about you anymore, as you walked too far away and she's no longer close. She owned your heart and wanted you the most. You wander like the ghost which isn't very holy. She is your favorite song for your ears only. This is a love story lost throughout the years. Sometimes it brings your eyes to tears. Sometimes it leaves ypu heartless and cold. She will run through my mind till the day I grow old.
